Ser Plumbing Inc is a California licensed plumbing contractor (CSLB #1051553) operating from 7530 Alondra Blvd Suite F, Paramount, CA 90723. Throughout this policy, “we,” “us,” and “Ser Plumbing” mean that company, and “you” means anyone who contacts us or uses this website.

We collect only what a plumbing company needs to answer you and do the work. In practice that falls into three groups.

We use your information to schedule and perform your service, to quote it accurately, to reach you about the appointment, to document what we found and fixed, to handle permits and inspections where a job requires them, and to keep the records a licensed contractor is expected to keep.

We also use it to follow up on work we performed, to answer warranty questions later, and, if you ask about financing, to point you to the application flow on our booking platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share your contact details with marketing companies or lead brokers. We do not text or email you promotional material you did not ask for.

Your information is shared only where the work requires it, and only to the extent required:

We photograph and film plumbing conditions because evidence-first diagnosis is how we work, and that documentation belongs to your job file. We may use job imagery on this website or in marketing only when it shows the work and not identifying details of your home or household. If you would rather we not use imagery from your job at all, tell us and we will note it on your file.

Reviews you write on Google are public by your own choice, published on Google’s platform under Google’s terms. We display them; we do not edit, curate, or remove them.

If you text the number on this site, we receive your message, your number, and any photos you send. We use them to help you with the job at hand and to reach you about it. Standard message and data rates from your own carrier apply. We do not add texting customers to marketing lists.

Job records, estimates, invoices, permits, and documentation are kept as long as needed for warranty, licensing, tax, and legal purposes. Casual inquiries that never become jobs are kept only as long as they are useful for following up.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and we keep the amount we hold small on purpose, which is itself a protection. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. California residents have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know and the right to deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Since we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
