Which channel should I use?

Emergencies: call, always. Everything else: whichever suits you. Photos and data-plate shots by text make quotes faster and smarter; online booking suits planners; and a plain phone call still gets the warmest answer in the trade.

Will I actually get Luis?

Most callers do, and every customer gets his standard: if a trusted team member takes your visit, Luis still knows your job, and the accountability never changes hands.

Do you confirm appointments?

Every booking gets a confirmed arrival window and an on-the-way heads-up, and if anything shifts on our end, you hear about it before you have to wonder.

Can I come by the shop?

We are a working shop more than a storefront, and the truck is usually out on jobs, so call first, and we will make sure someone is there for you. Most things resolve faster by phone or text anyway.

Are you open Saturdays?

Yes, regular hours run Monday through Saturday, 7 to 6, and the emergency line answers around the clock, subject to technician availability. Sunday non-emergencies get booked into Monday's schedule.
